Product features
This is a valve body that further improves effect of preventing liquid accumulation from the bio-clean diaphragm valve series.
By installing on horizontal piping, the valve shaft position is horizontal to eliminate liquid pools.

Sampling valve: Type P
Product features
Fluid sampling is possible without dead space (pocket or liquid pool).
The product can be installed directly in the piping and is compact. There is no residual fluid in the valve.
In addition to sampling, it can be used in a wide range of applications, including fluid separation, merging, supplying of cleaning water and sterilization steam, and the discharge.

Product features

Tank bottom valve: Type T
Product features

It has a structure of direct welding to the bottom of the tank, providing excellent mixing efficiency.
There are no gland packings, stems, seats, gaskets, etc. in the wetted parts, and the tank contents are discharged smoothly with little residual since they are opened and closed only by the diaphragm. Contamination caused by valve components is prevented, and cleaning and sterilization can be easy and reliable.
The production range is DN15～100(4.0S). Can be used from small containers of 10L size to medium-sized tanks of 10,000L size.
